On Thursday last week the DRILL Junior Company performed their work Cybernetic at the Moonah Arts Centre. Over three sold out performances, the show was seen by students from Bowen Road and Springfield Gardens Primary Schools and the public. Working with fusing dance, science and technology, the piece included Makey Makey circuitry to trigger choreography and sound, and Simploid the NAO Robot, both provided by the Peter Underwood Centre. Led by choreographers by Joshua Lowe and Hannah Vermeulen, the majority of the choreography was created and developed by the cast of twenty dancers. Check out some of the photos below!
