2018 was the fourth year DRILL has offered its combined schools dance program, Dance Nexus, to schools. This year, Josh worked with 100 students from Moonah Primary , Kempton Primary, Windermere Primary, Campania District and Montrose Bay High Schools. Over five weeks, each school created their own piece that linked in to what students were learning in their science curriculum, including themes such as extinction, flight, natural disasters and the solar system.
Everyone came together on June 8th for the combined performance day at Montrose Bay High School, including Simploid the Robot from the Peter Underwood Centre. Check out some photos below and keep and eye out for the performance video, coming soon!
